Megan Readler is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer, who began her career in 1999 as a Coach and Exercise Specialist in Chicago. While coaching at the University of Chicago, she worked with players to develop and achieve strength and performance goals. After leaving University of Chicago, she started Megan Readler Fitness (MRF) to address the fitness needs of a larger population.  Currently serving a wide clientele of people who have a varying degree of needs, she is still involved with athletes and is the former Head Coach of the Saint Ignatius Wolfpack Softball Team (2002-2011).
Megan received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from Kalamazoo College in Human Development and Social Relations and was a four year member and 2 year Captain of the softball team.  She was awarded Most Outstanding Female Athlete her senior year and was elected to All-MIAA (Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association) teams, including 2 time player of the week.  Prior to college, she attended Milford High School (Milford, Michigan) where she was a 11 time Varsity letter winner and a 2010 inductee into the Hall of Fame.
Megan has always had a passion for health and fitness as it embodies helping others help themselves.  Through MRF, clients learn not only how to get active, but how to incorporate activity into their lifestyle.  She believes lasting change comes through changing the way you look at things and how fitness is approached. While working with clients, she has successfully guided them to meaningful changes in their lives which have resulted in weight loss and achieving fitness goals.

As a Duke trained Integrative Health Consultant, Megan uses skills learned through study and practicum to help clients identify and meet health objectives and SMART goals.  Clients have found success in improving energy, reducing stress, lowering cholesterol, learning exercise habits, and improving communications personally and professionally.

Megan currently trains at Energy Training Center, a private personal training studio in Chicago, IL.
